Weekly Diary

This entry form is used to create a new weekly diary entry. You do not have to fill out all the days at one time. Fill out the information for one meal or one day at a time. You can always come back and enter more information, or correct information at any time.

Please use this diary as a tool to keep track of your meals, exercise, water intake, etc. This is for your use. Your coach may monitor your diary to make sure you are following the program correctly and to offer guidance while you are on the program. You will find that if you write down everything you eat, you will be more successful on the Ideal Protein Diet. Also, you can use your diary to compare what you did on different weeks. If your progress fluctuates, you and your coach can use the diary to determine what you did right or wrong to cause those fluctuations.

Ideal To Go is an Interactive Program. The more you participate, the more successful you will be.
