Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your Ideal To Go purchase of a product, please contact us within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If it is determined, at the sole discretion of Ideal To Go, that there are special circumstances that warrant a return, and you send it back to Ideal To Go unopened in the original box, Ideal To Go may offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. If approved, Ideal To Go will assess a 10% restocking fee on any unopened products, which must be packed in their original, unmarked packaging.

Sales to End Users Only
Ideal To Go sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Ideal To Go reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Ideal To Go suspects you are purchasing for resale.
