 Post subject: Phase 1 menu ideas for Phase 4

I'm excited to be in Phase 4 but am not totally sure exactly what can/should be eaten on the Phase 1 day when IP products are not being used. Can someone please give me more ideas than what came in the literature? Is it basically just an elimination of carbs day?

So you've met your weight loss goal and now your on phase 4...Congratulations!!!
Yes, the day after the cheat day, stick to lean proteins and vegetables. You can use the IP foods or use whole foods. The reason for this is because insulin storage in the fat cells takes 24 hrs. The theory is, if you have a blow out day and then the next day eat just protein and veggies, you won't gain a pound :ugeek:
